Order Problems with Goggles4U

I ordered 4 pairs of glasses, and they billed me for 4 pairs. Unfortunately, only 2 pair were correct.

For one of the remaining two pair, they substituted another frame with a very different color:

And for the final pair, they got confused and never shipped it, even though they billed me for it!

On top of that, they never gave me the 15% repeat order discount they promised. Here's the complete email history...
